Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. However, if your product is faulty or damaged, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

 Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery. Items eligible for return must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged items.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@glowfemme.online. Once your return is approved, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided, and mail it to the return address we will share with you in our confirmation email.

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to return your item.

 

Refund Processing

After receiving the returned item, please allow at least 7 business days for the product inspection. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the card issuer's policy.

You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@glowfemme.online.

  

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect size or color), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be faulty or damaged.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
  • The item must show no signs of wear or use.

 

Exchanges

If your item is faulty or damaged, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
